Since 1907, Vonore Baptist Church has been part of this community. We're a faith family centered on knowing Jesus and making him known, welcoming anyone exploring faith or deepening their walk with Christ.

Dustin George
Dustin has over twenty years of pastoral experience across all age ranges. Before entering full time church ministry, he taught high school English for a decade. Dustin enjoys flyfishing, leather crafting, and writing a growing collection of books.
His wife Rebecca is an author, speaker, and the host of the popular podcast Radical Radiance. Her greatest joy is helping women pursue their calling to build God's kingdom. You might find her working on her next creative project at one of her favorite coffee spots, on a long walk with the family dog, or sharing cinnamon bread at Dollywood.

The Trinity
We believe that there is one God, who is eternal and reveals himself as three distinct personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is the Creator and Sustainer of the universe.
Jesus
We believe that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God, was born of a virgin, is wholly God and wholly man, lived a sinless life, died as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sins of mankind, was buried, arose from the grave by a literal, physical, bodily resurrection, and ascended into Heaven.
The Bible
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God without any error, the sole authority for life, and the primary tool the Holy Spirit uses to grow people toward Christ-likeness.
Salvation
We believe that salvation is a gift of grace from God, received through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is available to all through faith in Jesus Christ as the only way to God the Father and eternal life. Each believer has direct access to God through the Lord Jesus Christ and the Bible, God’s Word.
The Church
We believe that the local church is the local body of baptized believers with the Lord Jesus Christ as the Head. The Church is God’s only plan to fulfill the Great Commission
